I had the same problem. I think you have to take off the whole dash and get it from behind. But I could be wrong. Get some more suggestions first.

Also, do you think it would be more cost effective to but shin's celica already turboed for $7000. Factoring in cost of a new car, a turbo kit, labor, and hassel of getting the work done.
