I used syncromesh. I didn't notice a difference, but mine's smooth. I'd say go for it.
And no, that side plug is the only way.

I missed out on a great deal once...94' GT, 5speed, 180k miles, all it needed was a CV axel. He wanted $600. I couldn't buy it because I didn't have anywhere to keep it.

Bugeye WRX's can be had for 12.5k. I'd say go for a RSX type S if you can find one in your price range. Maybe a 7th gen GTS? I wouldn't go with the Scion. They can look good, but it takes a lot of mon...

I have all 4 rotors, but I know at least one is warped. I don't know what turning them could do. If anything, they would all need to be turned. Don't know if that's what your looking for. Let me know.

Only 5000 Limited Editions were made, and that was in 1997. Supposedly it was 3500 ST hatchbacks and 1500 GT convertibles. In 1996, they had the 25th anniversary model, which isn't that special. Limit...

Did you seal it up after you took it off, or just screw em back in? And what do you mean by your first sentence?

Gotcha. I started to take the top rails off (brake light pieces), and the first screw had a tar like sealing on it, so I didn't mess with it. Am I gonna need to buy some sealant before I take it off?
