you can make any seat fit with modification i know lexus seats have been fitted ive fitted gen 7 seats it may be you will have to use your runners ive not seen after market one for our celis

the wiring some celicas have the wires there and you can plug ad play type thing but if not me i would just wire them through a relay and separate switch
