Just checked that's where the diagnostic box is on a different car I have. My bad That holds a plastic wire channel box that helps hold the harness thatggoes to the diagnostic box in place

That actually helps a lot my biggest issue was that solid red it goes from one silver striptto a double silver when it ties into the headlight. I'll try again tomorrow and post my findings.
