Yes only 1 side, if you're outer bolt is fine you won't need to buy the missing bolt(its a cheap part anyway). but its like a 10$ part. Only one side of my car was bad.

It comes with the inner bolt and the 2 nuts at each end. The bushings are at each ends of the arm.
Its the rearmost arm (goes on either side) with the alignment screws, for sports package.
