Team Dynamics are usually OK quality wise (although they do make Hellfords specials....).
As for brake clearence, no idea boss. Offer one up and see what happens.

Exactly what I run, and I have TRD springs as well.
Be aware however that quite a few alloy designs simply don't clear the huge calipers on the front of the ST205.
What wheels are we talking about.
