if you can't reach it with a rubber mallet from the inside you are basically down to the pops-a-dent..... lol jk, but honestly if you can remove it with a pops a dent device its going to be alot easie...

I have a grey you may like, and for the paint code idk where thats exactly located but when i repainted parts that i replaced the guy said my car color was Toyota grey and it matched perfectly.
