the g-35 is a 4 seater, auto(for what u can afford) 400lbs heavier and slower. The350 is a 2 seater lighter wight and faster, an prolly 3k cheaper. Depends what u want. Id prolly go for the 350z.

Are your replacment shocks brand new? Thats norm a sign of warn shocks. I have only bottomed out by hitting the ground, not my shocks bottoming out. Thats not good.
