Harder than a 3SGTE swap. Not better than a regular 3SGE in n/a trim... not better than a regular 3SGTE in FI trim unless heavily modified. I think that about covers it. Do a search along the lines...

I bet the header (removes the primary cat) is fouling the O2 sensor. Google O2 anti-foul and see if any of those DIY solutions fixes your problem.
