So got a chance to get the new/used muffler on the celi. I noticed a tiny lose in low end but high end has improved a lot. I can feel a difference; I had no idea how restrictive the stock muffler was....

It was a bit of a pain but spree also included an update for the us spec hvac unit, you have to unhook two cables to give the unit slack so you can get to all the screws.
