no, you would never boost a BUILT 7a over 20, and 15psi would be pushing it. A CT-26 can boost 20 no problem, and they aren't all that bog. That Monster turbo would be better for a V8 or Supra or som...

Are you using gloves with powder on them? I was thinking you might try putting baby powder on your gloves (lots of it) then the resin wont stick to you
