my cover leaked a little too, i tightened them down again after i had it running. make sure you have good crush washers when you connect your fuel line.. may spray a little if it doesnt

ya the top one is for the o2 sensor and mines not plugged in either, and i think the second plug connects to the ignitor on the firewall? i might be wrong on the one tho
