I'd go with an aftermarket one then, just look on summit's website that matches something close. It's not a USA part on any car so you cant get it from the dealers here.

You could probably use any generic type hose, go to lowes and buy reinforced rubber hose.
If you want OEM take a pic of the broken part and I can probably get you a part number.

There's no set amount it's a guess. What ^ he said is about as accurate as you can get.
