what do you mean try force closing the throttle?
how would coving the hole fix it? sure it lowers the idle to where it should be, but wont that effect how the engine proforms when its not at idle?

so i got around to pluging those lines.nothing happened, same rpm. decided to reset ECU, went down about 3-400. still high though. hope im not a pain here
