idle drop when i use a/c - 6G Celicas Forums

Well I found one of the VAc lines had a leak so I fixed that, and it worked for a bit but it started to idle low again and When I put the a/c it idles lower and dies at times. Any other idea's?

check out the speed source poly mounts, we have those on my bros 5th gen with gte in it. made a big diffrence. u just press out your old ones and press those in. the st185 insert fit our cars.

there both anoying loud, i heard both of them, the megapower is loud as f@#$! and the apex has a higher pitch sound, if you end up turboin that car the megapower ssounds nice because it quiets it down...

i have used cp with the 2.2 stroker on two motors, one of them is making 600 in a mr2 the other is in a 5th gen, i like cp , pricy but with it. i have also used arias on my hondas builds.

also make sure your fans kick on, my old 5s overheated once and it ended up being the fan switch that goes on the radiator. it wasnt completing the circuit for the fans to kick on.
