when i get out of my car and have my headlights on, and have my key off, when i open the door, the lights dont turn off. is there some sort of fuse that might need to be replaced?

i just recently got ground controls also. dont you need a camber if you lower 2" and up? i would never go that low, not where i live, but im gonna lower it about 1.5 all the way around.
