Mine does... It's an EGR VSV. Basically it assists in the warmup phase by keeping the EGR open to allow the engine to warm up faster. Coolant temp the. Shuts the valve once it's up to temp.

I can't physically go lower with that wheel setup until I raise the exhaust a bit lol. The rears def need a bit more camber. I'll be adjusting that in the spring.

At 9" you're probably going to want a 35 or higher offset. I'm running 0 offset on 8" wide wheels and they poke about a inch.
