There is also this plug, which is down by the exhaust downpipe...looks very similar to the above plug and is not plugged into anything - perhaps is the exhaust temperature plug...is it important?

Yup the intercooler level sensor has already been bridged. Well, assuming I have found it correctly. It is located near to where the top mount cooler would have been.

Fair enough and I guess they are not much more expensive than stock Genuine Toyota ones anyway...ebay KV85 at about £120
