In forward either a bad gear or bad bearing.
Does it do it in every gear or just one?
Whine is normal in reverse.

That's not a separately available part anywhere.
You'd either have to buy a used dist and take that apart for it or have it custom made.

That's normal.
If you got a code 31 your MAP sensor is probably bad, even though it tested good.
Jump TE2 [yes 2, not 1] and E1 in your DIAG box and go for a drive, see what pops up.
