Does the hub have to be replaced? Or do you just remove the drum and shoes and slap on a caliper and rotor. I think this is the biggest ordeal with this conversion.

whatever you do, dont buy sleeve overs. every pebble makes you bottom out, but yes youll get 3 1/2 in drop out of them. full coilovers are the best way to go but it will cost you lots of pretty penni...
