Clean it up well, polish it, wax it... detail it first.
Rims would definitely make the car look nicer. Don't overdo it though. Remember big rims are heavy.

I don't know if it's because of the 9005 bulbs. I've noticed that the beam pattern is still the same but it's fuzzier than it is with 9006 bulbs. I'm gonna put the Philips Premium +30% back in there.
