Someone also told me this could be a vacuum problem...but I don't think a vacuum problem would cause this amount of a miss...

Yes I'm now 100% sure they are for the 94-95 bumper.
They're not the round ones for the GT4, and they're not the semi-angular ones for my 96-99.
