its ok a cammed 5sfe will pass smog but not 3sge. everyone knows that, especially in cali headers on a 5sfe and cams = 100% smog legal, it will be fun when they put the sniffer on it even if its obd1!...

i know that the 3d gen headers fit a 91-92 mr2 with a 5sfe, im not sure if the head pattern is the same up from 94-99 celica compared to the mr2. someone would need to confirm.

When u rebuild those axles, ifs easier to leave the cage with the balls together and just clean it up and regresse it, seen it many times, where they rebuilt it, had same problem as u, then put it on ...

Try the 95 ecu and it should still start. And richie is right, 99 models use a crank angle sensor, 95 do not, they run off the dizzy only. So if ur using a 99 ecu, it relies on the crank angle sensor ...
