My guess would be no.
Are strict are your mot guys? if they are anything like some of our wof guys they see you have abs but the light doesn't work and fail you for that.

Yea its under one of the bottom covers by the drain plug under the car.
You have to take it off to get to the filter. Its a b****h I know.as you are lying under the car i believe its on the left...
