I dont think this will fit a 5SFE. I sold one of these manifolds to a 5S member on this site and it wouldnt work.
Think of it this way:
5SFTE guys use the 2nd gen 3SGTE manifolds.

Another section of tie rod end.
I chopped off 2" of the US tie rod end, made sure the threads were good, chamfered the outer edges (to make a nice groove for welding) and then welded.
