You don't really need them if they use tapered lug nuts. I've never used a hub ring, too much of a pain and they don't do anything.

Just go with OE type NGK wires and plugs. No need for anything special there.

It keeps the MAP sensor from seeing boost. They're just one way valves like you would use on an aquarium. Most people get them at pet stores.
