get new plug wires. i kid you not. i couldn't boost more than like 4psi with old oem wires. they leaked voltage to the head and would cut out only under boost just like your explaining.

yes the bov will still go off. the turbine is still spinning, in fact it spins at idle and as soon as you close the throttle body the turbine just having that spinning inertia will push "pressure" out...

The drive shaft, 4 hubs, 4 axles, the rear transfer case and mounts, the transmission.
so i need to find brakes, and a rear sway bar.
Im not in a rush to get these...
