brochure
and it says all models came with dual cupholders. never been in a tacoma, but in our tundra there are retractable cup hold...

they are 6.5" front and back (assuming you have the 4speaker system). the fronts though will not fit without a custom bracket. the backs will fit fine though.

225-45-16 tires have a mounting rim width approved range of 7-8.5" with a measuring rim width of 7.5". although you
might
be able mount the tire on a 6.5" rim, its not recommended and unsafe to do so....
