Well I doubt the wiring is messed up, the cluster was reading accurate before motor swap, does anyone mind sending me there cluster so I can conclude that it's the rpm gauge that doesn't work

I swapped in a BEAMS rpm gauge, and it still doesn't work... I swapped in the rpm before I swapped the motor so I would already have it but it ended up not working

i found oil in the spark plugs... that cant be good, i put in new ones while cleaning the oil out, and i am still having problems starting it

No I never did change the timing belt... As for spark, not really, I tried using starter fluid to see if it will start and it doesn't come on
