Both the laptop programs are easy to use after familiarising yourself with it all. (truth be told most programs are similar)

I would think a transmission from an auto 5s-fe with a transmission cooler would be able to handle the power from a reasonably stock 3...

i used to run my stock ecu and turbo 205 on 20 psi without hitting fuel cut, and i know the map sensors dont max out till 22-24.
