From what I understand, I wouldn't even bother w/a high-flow cat, our exhaust systems are so small anyway that a high flow cat is just pretty pointless. I've been told by a few different exhaust shops...

Fenders are really light to begin with, & personally I don't think cf fenders are a good idea. If you want the JDM look of them, delete the stock markers & add in the JDM ones yourself.

Doesn't have to be an ST, in fact, you'll probably have better luck finding one off a GT since the ST didn't come with power windows so much.

It's actually pretty easy to do - you need to search for the regulator, which is the entire assembly and should include the motor as well.
To replace it, you'll need a 12mm (iirc) socket, a 10mm socke...
