My fuel filter is 2 years old I should probably change it the only way to test it is too take it out anyways and while its out I might as well replace it since I'll have to get new gaskets for it lol....

The new distributor came with a new rotor and cap I needed a new dizzy thats why I replaced it, I already checked the igniter too.

I just put in a new rebuild dizzy my denso spark plugs are 7 months old and my NGK wires are 1 year old they all tested fine ?? No CEL's too. I'm running out of parts to test.

You need to bleed the brakes either that or one of the brake lines could have gotten damaged, make sure you still have brake fluid in the master cylinder.

Make sure ebrake is not up, it should just slide right on if installed correctly.

Fuel pressure is good IAT sensor tested good also tested all the spark plug and wires. For the 94-95 5sfe the coil is external right ??

You can try your local junkyards or the FS/WTB section for used ones but its better to buy them new.

Don't forget to get a new axle seal too. The driver side axle seal "will" probably get busted if your going the "prying it out" route. It takes time but it will come out.
