yeah, i was told the same thing, and mine didnt fit at all... i had to totally chop mybumper in order to get them fir, but they wouldnt fit the right way, so i also had to put them on the opposite sid...

if you dont follow too close, you can avoid a lot of these... yeah i know its hard NOT to ride someones AZZ when they goin slower than you wanna go... but it will cause less chips....
