in my opinion, if u are doing loads of track days then go for coilovers, but if not then don't bother wasting money on them,
they do stiffen up the ride but its far too uncomfortable for day to day us...

my wheels have not been painted mate,
mine have been powder coated,
the colour i used is gunmetal grey, or anthracite for use of a posh word,
if you paint the wheels you won't quite get the same finis...
