You may not have to remove the muffler if you have an aftermarket unit. I did not with my HKS setup that goes under the suspension. Just FYI if this becomes a how-to.

I've also done the ST->GT front swap. You will be fine with the parts you have above. I actually used the ST lines with no problems, and scrapped the dust covers/backing plates.

You'll need the calipers and caliper brackets, as Coomer said. I have GT brakes on my ST and had to buy everything piecemeal, like you.
