My car is leaking under boost and I am sure it's because it didn't have a PCV connected, and on top of that the stock breather on the valve cover is too small for anything but stock.

This wasn't enough. Oil was coming out of the dipstick. The ~6.9mm hole in the stock breather is way too small. I put a 15mm (5/8") fitting on the valve cover and it alleviated the problem immensely.
