take it to an alignment shop and get your toe-in/out fixed, then see how canber adjustment they can make
then i'd go and purchase the camber plates and have that done, or you can do all at one time

plexiglass mold is probably the best way, cheapest too
the glass can be sand blasted down, but the pain is polishing them i heard. probably difficult because of it being so uneven too after the sandb...

how about taking off the lenses finding a glass grinding/sanding then polishing it so it looks clear, i dont know if you can sand glass though!
