if its a c series trans, it will bolt up, only in fwd format. the rwd like the 86 corolla obviously will not work. if im not mistaken a c52 and c53 are the same just the 53 is more refined.

the obx header and down pipe doesnt have the downstream o2 bung. also, its 2 inches shorted then the stock one. it took my 94 2 years to set a cel for the downstream o2 not being connected. havent see...

true, that would cause a noise from the pump, but a knocking noise... and it gets louder/faster (cant remember what you said) when given gas, thats internal.

looks to me the welds werent the weak point. you havent tried putting a bead over the crack and see if you cant get it air tight or anything?
