My celica runs just fine with the 3 in CAI. I can feel better pick up at 3000+RPM. My dads accord sounds normal, its just some times when I step on the pedal hard it chokes the car for about 1-2 sec...

Some headers on a celica would gain a lot just by itself, but along with an intake and exhaust it wouldn't have that much effect. Some might gain 8-10 HP alone but using with an intake and exhaust it...
