5th and 6th gen springs are interchangeable ( I did this!).
But I kept bottoming out on TEIN made for 6th gen...so I don't recommend doing that!

The stock bumpers are easily the "best" bumper to have if you are lowered. Chances of rubbing anything is near null with a 1.5" drop. And if you do rub, its plastic...nothing to crack or destoy.

I've never heard that gt-fours / all-trac had any type of limited slip for the front wheels. Its more likely to be an open type.
