Change your fuel filter, if it sucked up the last bit of gas you prolly got it cloged. Its a good thing to do anyways, takes 5 mins and is only 6 bucks..

any warn bearings, will just cause more friction and drag. Also could cause a little shaking at higher speeds. If you wait it out a lil bit you'll be fine, but dont ignore it.
