the wheel doesnt have to jiggle for a bad bearing. my front bearing was toasted...wheel didnt wiggle but made a noise. a bad bearing can also cause the rotors to overheat and warp.

lift your car up and spin each wheel, if you hear any noise, then maybe your bearings are bad..i think the rears are easier than the fronts
