I have a done a ITR front to a GSR and it was a pain in the ass, but as honda's go there parts are pretty easy to source. They dont change there climate...

celiracer - I doubt they would be power... I dont know if you have looked at your mirror its only 3 8mm(I think) bolts, the only thing would be running some wiring to your flashers, simple install.
