I believe the EGR is only active at part throttle. At WOT it is of no concern therefore its not gonna make a difference when you get on it.

A T3 super 60 will probably be your best choice then. It wont have as much in the upper RPMs though.

A T3 would work but I believe that it would be too small for a 2.2L 16v. I'd go with a T3/T4 hybrid or a GT28RS.

Almost all LSD's for all cars are expensive. $880 doesnt sound too bad. I beileve Cusco also makes diffs as well and Peloquin.

Ignition timing and cam timing are 2 different things. Cam gears are typically used to adjust the powerband in an RPM range. Very useful on N/A motors with big cams.
