on the heater control valve, which way is the arrow suppose to go? the arrow says "RN 1" with a arrow to it. is it suppose to go towards the radiator or towards the cabin?

figured everything out. it was simply a bad rotor on the distributor. fixed the mileage issue as well.

yes, they are stiff. The adjustment does help a little though. I just like fact that you can set the ride height as you like. I don't have that nasty wheel gap anymore. You can check it out in my prof...
