The service weight of the 3sgte v.s. the 1mz is only a difference of 20 pounds based on what I've read, and that includes all accessories bolted on with fluids added...I have 280ft lbs and 298 horse.....

I leave them off and then turn them on when I need them. The way around this is to get the capacitor set up and install it with the hid's. It's just easier to flick them on when the car is running.

If you just throw some new rings on it you'll have to keep your eyes out for oil consumption. It would probably be best to oversize the pistons slightly.
