Just google the engine and look for pictures of different gens. If its a beams itll say beams real big on the intake manifold.

I have the exedy 3 puck. It's a race car, but I have to say I dont think it would be terrible for daily driving. Grabs pretty good though. I think its the 'stage 2'.

Good write up, one thing i'd suggest is using a chisel to cut the ends instead of a cutoff wheel.
No tape necessary, no metal shavings inside the lines. Chisel/sledge two solid hits and it cuts.
