If it looks like it will fit, it probably will. Toyota use metric fittings across the fuel system, you shouldn't run into any crossthreading issues with imperial/sae mismatching.

i suggest changing your fuel filter and upgrading your fuel pump to walbro, and do your rotor and cap for good measure
you should still have fuel left on high boost
