It all depends on what type of transmision you have. Check the VIN plate and see the type of transmision - it will eighter be a S54 or the LSD equiped E56 which uses the same clutch as the ST205/ST185...

I think it will work.
In UK the 3SFE does not have a distributor. It uses a crank pickup and coil packs instead. The distributor hole is blanked.
So fitting a GE cylinder head in place of the FE cylin...

The 99 3SFE in UK has 2 coil packs each feeding 2 cylinders, so 1 gets a spark on compression and 3 gets it on exhaust. Same with 2 and 4.

Exhaust manifolds will fit, but inlet of a GE/GTE will not fit a FE cylinder head. Bolting, ports are all different.

Wheel size is good but offset will take it into the arches. You should go for a ofset that is more like +35 as this will bring the wheels closer to the arches. Eighter offset should not give you brake...

Checked with Toyota and the lenses from an Avensis which do fit are nearly £18 each inc VAT!
