Isn't the 3sge a high compression engine? If it is, then you would have to do more work than just bolting on a turbo kit. Turbo's dont like high compression.

The drain plug is on the oil pan. It is the only plug on the pan. I think your looking at the right thing, sometimes they are on tight though. Especially if the previous owner took the car to Jiffy...
